Preserve the spring with some salt to enjoy it longer!

In the springtime the pines are all covered in new pine shoots! Here is my recipe for pine salt:

Pick the fresh pine shoots, and chop them up. Measure up equal parts sea salt and chopped up pine shoots.


Grind it together and let dry in a container without a lid. When it's all dried up, store in an air tight container!


It smells amazing! And is so tasty over boiled potatoes!
