Crispbread
Excellent for breakfast! Yummy!
Ingredients

0,8 cup sunflower seeds

0,8 cup pumpkin seeds

0,4 cup crushed flaxseed

0,4 cup sesame seeds

1,5 cup ground wholegrain rye

0,8 cup oatmeal

1 ts sea salt

3 cups water

Preheat your oven on hot air at 160 °C

Mix together all the dry ingredients, and then the water. Put the mix on 3 oven plates covered with parchment paper. Be sure to take your time to make it as even as possible. I love to finish it off with some extra seeds on top!

Put all the plates in the oven, and after about ten minutes take them out - use a pizzaslicer to cut them up into the parts you would like them to be. This way it is easier to seperate them later.

Put them in the oven again, and switch place of the oven plates every 20 minutes to make them cook evenly.

After about 50 minutes they are done!

Voila - you now have some awesome and delicious crispbread! Cool them down, and store in an air tight container!
